The Pilates Trapeze Table (or Cadillac) is without a doubt the most challenging and versatile of the Pilates apparatus. Offering repertoire for the absolute beginner all the way through to whole body challenges and inversions.

This module teaches Trapeze safety, a deep dive into anatomy and injuries of the lower body, guidelines and modifications, teaching Tower classes and semi private programming.
