WHAT OUR STUDENTS HAVE TO SAY

Hey, I’m Tamara (pronounced Tam-ra just to be difficult!) and I’ve been a Pilates geek since 1998, first starting Pilates as a young dancer. I went on to work professionally as a dancer and aerialist for many years, during this time, Pilates kept me strong and injury free until I decided to go skiing one day – but that’s a story for another time!
Over the past 27 years I have completed four different comprehensive Pilates teacher training programs, learning from some of the biggest names in the business. I have a wealth of knowledge to draw on, and if you have a Pilates question, I’m pretty sure I can answer it.
I am very proud to have been a Pilates educator for the past 10 years delivering courses for Pilates International Training Center (PITC) and Balanced Body, more recently we launched our very own courses, bringing the very best of everything I have learnt over 3 decades into the spotlight of the modern Pilates world.
I look forward to working together to build a strong community of quality instructors in an ever growing Pilates industry!
