  • Terminology (positional, movement + directional)

Face-to-Face Lessons:

  • Fundamental Movement Repertoire (8 hours)

  • Muscular slings
  • Power of touch
  • Safety in the studio
  • Programming Essentials
  • Small apparatus
  • Special populations; mature clients + general conditions

Face-to-Face Lessons:

  • Mat Essentials repertoire
  • Application of small apparatus, programming + special populations (Zoom session)

MAT PROGRESSIONS

Online Lessons:

  • Knowing your WHY
  • Thinking (cueing) outside the box
  • Programming progressions
  • Small apparatus progressions
  • Special populations; Osteoporosis + low back pain

Face-to-Face Lessons:

  • Mat Progressions repertoire
  • Application of small apparatus, programming + special populations (Zoom session)

MAT CHALLENGES

Online Lessons:

  • Fascia
  • Principles of overload
  • Creating community
  • Programming Challenges
  • Special populations; prenatal training, postnatal training, training during your cycle, menopause
